Albacore has been so inexpensive, we always seem to get too much and are trying to come up with simple ways to eat it. Here's two ways, how easy it is.
Thinly slice albacore that's quality enough to be eaten raw, and thinly slice some avocado. Arrange on plate. Yes, that's it.
Using albacore, chop or grind the fish to a mush. Chopped is best. Mix in some thai chili sauce, lime, and salt. Spoon into a halved avocado. Spicy! Creamy!
