The quest to avoid month old, $10 lettuce continues. This week’s endeavor: expanding the garden to get ready for summer goods. The winter veg is still in full force (mostly root veggies, greens and other cruciferous veg), so we’ve moved on to fresh rows.
Currently germinating: peppers, tomatoes, summer squash, corn and melon
(+ a few pepper, eggplant and tomato starts to get us started)
